Known for blending rock, house, and pop, DJ ROCKSTAR has been an innovator since the early 2000s. His unique mashups and mixtapes—bootlegged worldwide—caught the attention of Coors Light, leading to a 2004 partnership as the official DJ for the Coors Light/Maxim Search Party Tour. As the resident DJ at Mission for over 15 years, DJ ROCKSTAR, alongside Dave Medusa, introduced the mashup and open-format DJ concepts to the masses.

You’ve heard his vocals, drumming, and guitar on tracks like “Melt With You” and “Let Your Sunshine Down”. He’s studied music theory, vocal performance, and acting, graduating from the iconic Second City Chicago. His live sets? Completely unscripted, guided by raw intuition and a deep connection to the crowd, blending genres in a way that’s never been done before.
